Registration takes about two minutes and unlocks up to £900 plus 200 free spins.
Open your accountAn account is created on the operator's own site. Everything below happens there, in the registration form that opens when you select the sign-up button.
Choose Sign up on the operator's site. You will be asked for an email address and a password of at least eight characters mixing letters, numbers and a symbol.
Select GBP as the account currency. This cannot be changed later, and choosing a currency your bank does not hold means paying a conversion charge on every deposit and withdrawal.
Full name, date of birth, address and phone number, entered exactly as they appear on your identity document. A mismatch here is what causes most verification failures weeks later.
Open the message the operator sends and follow the confirmation link. Until you do, the cashier stays closed.
Fund the account with at least £10 and accept or decline the welcome offer before you confirm the payment. It cannot be added afterwards.
One account per person, per household and per device is the rule, and duplicate accounts are closed with balances forfeited. You must be at least 18 and resident in a country the operator serves.
Signing in needs only the email address and password you registered with. Select the login button in the header of the operator's site, enter both and confirm.
If you have turned on two-factor authentication, a one-time code from your authenticator app or by SMS follows the password. Sessions stay open for a limited period and then expire, which is deliberate: it stops a logged-in account sitting open on a shared computer.
Signing in from a new device or an unfamiliar network can trigger an additional check. That is the security system working, not a fault, and confirming by email clears it.
Email address, currency, a few details, and you are in.
Open your accountMost failures come down to five causes, and all of them are fixable without contacting anyone.
| Symptom | Most likely cause | What to do |
|---|---|---|
| Password rejected | Caps lock, a stored old password, or a typo | Type it manually, then use the password reset link |
| Email not recognised | Registered with a different address | Try your other addresses before assuming the account is gone |
| Account locked | Several failed attempts in a row | Wait for the lockout to expire, then reset the password |
| Site will not load | Cached data or a browser extension | Clear the cache, disable extensions, try a private window |
| Access blocked | Country restriction or an active self-exclusion | Contact live chat; a self-exclusion cannot be lifted early |
Live chat is staffed 24 hours a day and is the fastest route to a locked account. Have your registered email address and, if asked, a photo of your identity document ready; support will not discuss an account with anyone who cannot confirm it is theirs.
The reset link sits under the password field on the login form. Enter your registered email address and the operator sends a time-limited link; open it and set a new password. The link expires quickly, so use it straight away rather than saving it for later.
If the message does not arrive, check the spam folder before trying again, and confirm you used the address the account was opened with. Repeated reset requests invalidate the earlier links, so a message from twenty minutes ago will no longer work. If nothing arrives at all, live chat can verify your identity and trigger the reset manually.
If you suspect the account has been accessed by someone else, change the password immediately and open a live chat. The operator can freeze the account and review recent activity. Our bonus guide page explains what happens to an active bonus balance in that situation.
